    Afternoon practice starts!! Bronze - Gold Teams

    This is the first practice of the season for Bronze through Gold teams. Blue will start 5/18. Please note, we will not have afternoon practice on Friday 5/16 or 5/23.

    Evening Make Up Practice

    Start: 5:00 PM
    End: 6:00 PM

    This is not intended to be extra practice or regular practice, thus the name “Make-up practice”. Evening practices are for make-ups only and not for extra practice. These practices are only for competitive swimmers age 6 and older.

    Evening practice is limited to 12 swimmers. Please RSVP for practice here.

    Non-competitive Mini-meet
    DNDC
    Start: 9:00 AM
    End: 9:30 AM

    Non-competitive Mini Meet

    This is a chance for our non-competitive swimmers to participate in a mock meet. All swimmers have the opportunity to swim a 25 free and a 25 back. Relay races might also take place. Parents are welcome to attend and all swimmers receive ribbons with the event and time. Swimmers are welcome to stay for Donuts and Free Swim after the mini-meet.

    Come practice starts (diving off the blocks) and flip turns! Please register your swimmer if he/she needs lots of help with starts and turns. This is for competitive swimmers age 7 and older. The cost is $10 cash due at the time of the clinic.

    We ask that you RSVP for this clinic. RSVP's will close on May 29 at 7pm.
