DNDC Fins Coach Application 2026

Jr. Coach positions are for DNDC Fins age 14+ to assist Coach Kelly with BLUE & BRONZE practice, swim meets, clinics & afternoon practices.

CIT are volunteers for DNDC Fins age 12 & 13 who are interested in having more responsibility and learning what goes into a successful swim team. CIT volunteers will assist the BLUE team and Mini Meets.

*This is a volunteer position and not a paid position.

**Participation in the CIT program does not guarantee future employment as a Junior Coach with the Fins swim team.
