Hello Fins Families!

We are excited for our last regular season swim meet TONIGHT, June 23rd!! We will be swimming at Kingsley. This will be our last meet (unless you are swimming Champs at GA Tech), and we will celebrate our seniors tonight since our meet was rained out last week. Our seniors will be announced prior to the 15-18 relay! 

Reminder that we will have normal practice this morning, so please send your swimmer so they can get marked up for the meet.

Parking: They reserve the Kingsley parking lot for our team. Once parking fills up, cars may park on one side of the street on North Peachtree Way or on North Peachtree Road. Please do not park within 30 feet of the traffic calming devices or the entire area under the power lines on North Peachtree Road to avoid neighbor complaints.

Arrival Time: 4:15-4:30

- 4:30 Kingsley warm-up

- 5:00 DNDC warm-up

- 5:30 Meet starts

Volunteers: We are still need in need of a few volunteers for the meet tonight, Click HERE to sign up!

Volunteer spots still needed:

1st shift: 1 timer, 1 timer recorder, 1 master recorder, asst. deck manager

2nd shift: 1 timer, 1 timer recorder

We will be working lanes 1,3 and 5

Timers, Judges, and Recorders will meet on the first level of the poolside Pavilion at 5:15pm for the meeting with the Official.

Team Area and Bullpens

Our bullpens will be set up on the right side of the of the pool - the side with the diving boards and baby pool. There is not much shade on the pool deck so we will be bringing 3 tents, but feel free to bring your own if you want to guarantee shade. There will be some chairs, but feel free to bring additional ones. *The diving well is not to be used during swim meets. Please keep swimmers out of that end of the pool and off diving boards.

Bathrooms and a water bottle filling station are located inside the Clubhouse (door next to the concession stand). We ask that, during meets, spectators please use the bathrooms in the "club house" located near the concessions. There are bathrooms in our "new" pavilion but they are located behind the blocks, which will be very busy with swimmers.

Concessions:

They will have a typical offering at our concessions including pizza, burgers, hot dogs, candy, chips and drinks. We accept venmo or cash (small bills preferred). Kona Ice will be available in the parking lot.

Rain Delay:

In case of a delay due to weather and we need to vacate the pool deck, we ask away teams to wait in their cars in the parking lot until a decision is made to wait it out, cancel, or postpone. Kingsley Dolphins will wait out weather in the clubhouse, but unfortunately there is not enough space for both teams.
