🎯 Place Judge (second shift) – The Eagle Eyes of the Pool
Think you’ve got the quickest eyes on deck? You’ll be at the finish line, helping determine swimmer placements. No stopwatch needed—just a great view and laser focus!

📝 Judge’s Recorder (second shift) – The Official Scribe
Like keeping things organized? You’ll work side-by-side with the place judges to record the magic moments when swimmers touch the wall. If you’re a clipboard kind of hero, this one’s for you!

🎤 Announcer (both shifts) – The Voice of the Meet
Do you have the gift of gab (and a knack for pronouncing names)? Keep the energy high and the crowd informed by announcing races, results, sponsor plugs and the occasional dad joke. This is your chance to be the voice everyone hears and loves!

🧒 Bullpen Parent (7/8 girls and 9/10 boys, both second shift)– The Kid Wrangler Extraordinaire

Help keep our swimmers in the right place at the right time. You’ll be guiding our young athletes from the bullpen to their races—think cruise director meets air traffic controller (with a smile).

💻 Computer Operator (first shift) – The Wizard Behind the Curtain
Are you tech-savvy? Like clicking buttons with purpose? Help run the meet software and make sure every race gets recorded and results are posted. Training provided, and it's not too difficult.

📋 Assistant Deck Manager (first shift) – The Deck Manager's Right Hand
Keep things moving smoothly on deck by helping manage the swimmers as they line up for relays. It’s perfect for someone who likes to be in the middle of the action with less responsibility than the deck manager.

No experience? No worries! We’ll show you the ropes. Volunteering at the swim meet is a great way to support your swimmer, meet other awesome parents, and be part of the poolside fun.
